1.    This Specific Procurement Notice follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which appeared in Development Business Issue No. 702 dated May 16th 2007

2.    The Kenya Government has received a grant from the African Development Fund in the amount of five million five hundred and twenty thousand Units of account towards the cost of the Kenya Support for Good Governance project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the grant to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply/construction of various goods and works. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the ADB's Rules and Procedures for the Procurement of Goods and Works.

3.    The Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for any or all of the following tenders :
